Install all equipment according tot he manufacturers recommendations and requirements to maintain the warranty. Observe and maintain all OSHA standards. Customer Service oriented. Professionalism is a must. Ability to install racking and conveyors and maintain such systems but not limited to: dock levelers, truck restraints, scissor lifts, high speed doors, dock seals/shelters.. Must have own tools. Clean NYS Driver’s license
Servicing and maintaining a variety of forklifts Service calls, operational maintenance and other assigned duties through the Service Manager. Professionalism is a must. You are USMH representative. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions. Ability to use power tools. Know OSHA regs. Ability to write clearly. Must have own tools. Must have mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service. Clean NYS driver’s license.
Order Processing Assistant
Process purchase orders with vendors. Assign PO#s to orders. Assure validity of e-mail address and fax number on orders. Create a file folder and labels for customer’s order. Enter orders into the DIS system. Open morning mail and distribute to correct departments. Backup for answering incoming telephone calls. Enter Ariba invoices. Enter government invoices in WAWF Program. Assign asset numbers to lift truck for sale and stock. Coordinates information for truck listing. Must be organized and computer literate. Good work ethic. Must be professional at all times. High school diploma/GED and at least one-year of office experience helpful.
